Details:

Two winners will be selected to receive a General Admission ticket to the event, and access to the recording via BasharTV, upon its release. Travel, lodging, and all other costs of attendance are not included. If you are selected and unable to attend, you will be provided with free live stream access and the recording via BasharTV instead.

If any cancelations are permitted, we will put them back up for sale. There is no wait list, and we will not make an announcement, so please feel free to check back on this site frequently.

We will continue with the Reserved Seating system this year. All tickets will be released at the same time, and you will be able to select your seat when making your purchase. Please do not select a wheelchair-accessible space unless you have a wheelchair, as there are no seats in those locations.

When you arrive at the venue, please be sure to have your digital ticket with the QR code ready so that we can quickly check you in. You will be given a wristband to wear for the weekend to allow for easy re-entry.

Yes. All in-person tickets will include the moonlight meditation experience.

Note: The meditation is neither live-streamed nor included in the recordings.

At the start of each day's session, we will select audience members to ask Bahar a question.

Masks are not required, but if you are feeling ill or have a cough, we ask that you wear an N95 mask to the event, or consider staying home and watching via Live Stream. Besides Covid-19, there is still the Flu and Common Cold out there, and none of us enjoy being sick from any of those.

Additionally, this will be a cashless event. If you think that you may wish to purchase any merchandise, please be prepared with a debit or credit card for your transaction.

Yes, parking is free, but incredibly limited. While the theater has a capacity of over 700 people, there are only about 300 parking spaces. It is strongly encouraged that you carpool or use ride-share services. You may also want to take advantage of our hotel discount code for The Courtyard Sedona located just next door to the Center, so that you can walk to the event.

Illegally parked cars will be towed. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Registration will open on August 1st on BasharTV. If you are a BTV Live subscriber, you will already have access to these live streams. Simply return to the live stream event page on the day of the event, and you will be able to join in the action.

Due to the nature of the in-person event, we will be unable to offer an encore presentation for this event. If you are unable to participate during the live event, we strongly encourage waiting for the recordings to be released a day or two after the event. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The global community has been given the opportunity to ask questions, via live stream, every month. So we want to give priority to the live audience to be fair to them. Thank you for your understanding.

We will have a separate area for translators to sit so that they can provide their services without disturbing other attendees. Your group will be required to use, and supply, a simultaneous translating device. Please purchase your groups' tickets, then have your translator contact us.

The Sedona Performing Arts Center is built to ADA requirements. There are ramps to the entrances as well as ADA seating. Additionally, when you purchase your tickets, you can select the wheelchair accessible seats throughout the theater. If you require the use of an ASL interpreter, please contact us immediately to allow enough time for us to make the necessary reservations.

In order to provide the best experience for all attendees, we require children to be at least 12 years of age and able to sit quietly through the entire session. Children will need a ticket to attend the event. If you purchased a ticket for your child, but they do not meet these requirements, please contact us and we will assist you.

While our policy is that all sales are final, in some extraordinary circumstances, we are able to work with you. No refunds will be allowed after September 1st. Please contact us for assistance.
