In-Person Event Attendees:

Our in-person events are filmed and photographed. Please read the "Consent, Waiver, Indemnity and Release" below before purchasing your ticket to the event. Purchasing a ticket requires that you agree to these terms, but does not guarantee that you will appear on camera or that your appearance will be used.

Event Questioners:

Please use the form below to sign up for a chance to ask Bashar a question at an upcoming event. If you are selected, you will appear on camera, so we need your consent to show you on the recorded versions. Completing this form confirms that you have read and agree with the below terms. If you have a special circumstance that prevents you from being on camera, please complete this form and then contact us here. We will be sure to remove you from the recordings prior to distribution, if you reach out to us in time.

Bashar Channeling Event Consent, Waiver, Indemnity and Release

Photographs, Videos and Recordings

I hereby grant permission to Bashar Communications, Inc. (“BCI”) and its representatives to use my likeness in photographs or videos of me and to make recordings of my voice at today’s channeling event, in exchange for participating in said event.

I further grant to the producers and their representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed. I acknowledge that BCI owns all rights to the images and recordings and may choose not to include everything they have recorded.

Waiver, Indemnity and Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy. I further waive all moral rights. I also waive any right to royalties or other monetary compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. I hereby release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the producers from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

I agree with the terms of the Private Session Policy, incorporated herein.

I am 18 years of age or older, and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this document before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this consent, waiver, indemnity and release. This consent, waiver, indemnity and release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

Any part of this Agreement deemed severable or waived under the law, shall not automatically cause any other part to be severed or waived. This agreement is made in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
