Meditation Room Instructions
Once you get set-up, it will be easy to access the meditation room anytime you want to relax and feel centered. It just takes a few minutes to get set up, so don’t feel daunted by the length of the instructions.
1. In order to see the Meditation Room you will need to have the Flash plug-in. If you can see the image of the Portal Room below then you already have Flash. If not, then click on the “Get Flash Player” icon below and follow installation instructions.

2. To hear the audio meditations, you will need the Quick Time plug-in. If you can see the below audio player click on the play button to test it. If you hear no sound then click on the “Get Quick Time” icon below and follow installation instructions.

DOWNLOAD + INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Tip: The link to QuickTime will open a new window. Choose Mac or PC. You will get a "save as" pop-up window. We recommend you save the file to your desktop or create a new folder called “Downloads” so you can find it to complete the installation. After you download the Quick Time file you will need to double click on it to complete the installation and then restart your computer.
